Refunds & Exchanges
You can return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of the purchase date (but who's counting!) for a refund or exchange.
Returns
We accept returns for any reason, including change of mind. Please just make sure your item is still in new condition with it's original packaging in place and without removed the blue Tag. We'll refund the cold hard cash via your original payment method within 3-5 business days of the item being received (probably even sooner).
Exchanges
It's no stress to exchange something! Just send the item you want to swap back to us (you will just need to cover the cost of shipping) and we'll arrange the new item to be sent out to you (we'll cover the cost of shipping for that one).
If there's a price difference between the item purchased and the one you wish to exchange it for, we can refund the difference via your original payment method OR store credit.
We offer a full refund on orders for 30 days from purchase, for any defective or damaged items. For any change of mind refunds, please note there is a processing fee of $25 which covers and initial shipping and associated oncosts. This will be deducted from the final refund amount.
